Your health profile
To help you achieve your goals, I’ll ask you to complete a questionnaire about your health and wellbeing.
From this I’ll be able to make recommendations and create a health profile where you’ll be able to view your core metrics including weight, body fat and blood pressure and see if there are any health risks that you should be aware of.
Set your health goals
I’ll help you to set health goals and track your activities by linking up your data from your wearables.
So whether you’re looking to lose weight, increase your activity levels or increase how often you are mindful, you’ll easily be able to track your progress and achieve your goals.
Create a group challenge
There’s nothing wrong with a bit of healthy competition.
Why not challenge your friends, family or colleagues to a group challenge? You can focus on anything from weight loss to number of steps done in a day.
You’ll be able to keep track of bragging rights via the leaderboard.
I’m here to help you achieve your health goals, which is why I’ll send you regular health information and advice that’s relevant to you and your goals.
